BFt launched in the spring of 2026 to serve individuals, couples, and families with in-person therapy services in downtown Beaufort, South Carolina. Amy practices best supporting multiple family members in a single brave space. While one to one talk spaces are valuable and necessary at times, Amy's extensive training and expertise in systems equips minors (ages 6-17), couples, and families with skills to hold space and practice mutual respect within families of origin and families of choice. BFt desires to witness individual growth in confidence of self and compassion of others while healing misunderstandings and strengthening connections between loved ones.

Therapy Services
New Client Intake
This session is required for all new clients following the free phone consultation. The fee for this 90 minute service is $200.
Family Session
This session is for families with 2-4 participants who desire to work together to solve problems; ideal for minor clients (6-16). The fee for this 70 minute service is $175.
Individual Session
Individual therapy targets one on one goals with a single client. Guests are permitted with consent. The fee for this 53 minute service is $125.
Intergenerational Session
This session is for larger families (5+) who seek to work across generations with a common goal of growth and healing. This 80 minute service is $200.
Couples Session
Couples therapy targets partner work with joint goals in mind; serving premarital, cohabitating, and marital couples. The fee for this 60 minute service is $150.
Maintenance Session

The fee for this 50 minute session is $100, and appointments are scheduled 1x/month.
